Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium!

Well, I agree I still do not have too much in this site. But I have other sites that keep me very busy. Well, lets come back to the point! After spending almost 3 years in web “publishing” now I am thinking about web “designing” myself and I sure think I need at least Dream Weaver CS3!! It is expensive, however probably worth spending the money. Well, I am probably going for the Creative Suite Design Premium or Standard as I will get a bundle of must required softwares. Now my question is where to buy this? Who is offering the best price? I got little confused (as well as excited) when I found that some OEM software group is selling Dreamweaver CS3 just under 100 USD! They have acustomer support phone number, email, support desk – means looks like a stable company. However, while I check www.about.com for OEM softwares I found that use OEM softwares are NOT LEGAL.

So guys, Help me.

Point me to a good place to buy the software. I need it!
